How To Create A Good MMA Diet

mma dietSince MMA fighters require the most intensity to become great, this means that they also need the right fuel to perform. Basketball players are more focused on speed while bodybuilders are more focused on gaining muscle while MMA fighters are the hybrids to most sports. An MMA fighter must be able to increase speed and endurance while also being able to gain muscle and getting stronger. This is why it is crucial that you come up with an MMA diet that will greatly enhance your performance in the gym and during your fights. Most MMA fighters will start to perform better once they are able to start putting the right foods and supplements into their bodies.

Chicken And Fish

These are incredible sources for protein because of the fact that they have been around for centuries. People have been eating chicken and fish forever and so it truly means that it is very healthy and gives people exactly what they need to survive. When it comes to surviving fights, you will need to make sure that you are strong and this is what chicken and fish will do. You will need more than 1 gram of protein for each pound of bodyweight and so this means that you will need a good amount of chicken and fish to reach that goal.

Eggs

This is another food that has been around forever and you should know that this is a great breakfast food. Before your training sessions, it is a good idea to have some eggs to make sure that you have some protein in your system before you go out and torture your body. Though some will say that eating the egg whites are all that you need, this is completely not true and eating the whole egg is just fine for your health.

Protein Shakes

As one of the best supplements out there to add to your MMA diet, protein shakes will help you recover faster and to grow stronger. There are plenty of supplements out there that are catered for MMA fighters but nothing is as important as a protein shake. Weight lifting is essential for most fighters and so a protein shake after your workout will be an effective way to help ensure that you are getting the most out of your workouts. Remember that the protein from food takes a while to digest while protein shakes work very fast and will be ready to help you recover right away.

When it comes to training for MMA, there is nothing like being able to get the help from supplements and the food you eat to become a better fighter. This is something that every fighter and athlete needs to be able to make it to the top. If you simply just try to get by with hard work in the gym, you will never see your full potential. Once you start to implement a healthy MMA diet with the right supplements, you will start to see just how good you can get.

The Best Supplements For MMA

As one of the most intensesupplements for mma sports in the world, MMA has become very famous and people are now learning how to properly train for the sport. This is why athletes are now looking for the best supplements for MMA and it can be tough to figure out which ones are the best. MMA is different from any other sport and so you cannot attack it just like how basketball players would attack their sports. You must understand that MMA is a very intense sport and is focused on short bursts of energy and a lot of endurance to last 3 rounds. However, your supplements must focus on recovery and getting the proper nutrients.

Whey Protein

This one is a supplement that can be found in most sports but it is even more important when it comes to MMA. You will be tearing your muscle fibers constantly and this can be very taxing on your body. This is why it is crucial that you have enough protein for the recovery phase. Aim to have a protein shake right after your workout so that the proteins can start to rebuild your body to become stronger.

Glutamine

This is an amino acid that will help you get the most out of your workouts. When your glutamine levels go down during your workouts, you will start to feel weak and the recovery process takes longer. Glutamine also helps with protein synthesis and helping the muscles grow stronger.

BCAAs

Branched Chain Amino Acids can greatly help with your MMA training because your body does not make these on its own. Isolecuine, Leucine and Valine are very important and you will only get these from the foods you eat and the supplements. This is why it is easier to take a BCAAs because it can be tough to get enough just through food. When you are working out and losing weight, you will greatly deplete your BCAA stores and so you should consider buying BCAA supplements.

Creatine

This is a compound that will help you recover for your weight lifting and intense cardio workouts. Creatine is also made up of amino acids Arginine, Glycine and Methionine. Your energy comes from ATP and this is what you use when you are lifting weights or any activity that requires a quick burst of energy. The problem is that people don’t have enough ATP to get through a grueling MMA training session and so this is where creatine becomes important. It will help to create more ATP in the body and thus giving you more energy to workout.

These are the best supplements for MMA and will greatly help you improve your skills during a fight. MMA is really all about getting the most out of your body and making sure that you get everything out of each workout session. The competition is very tough and so every edge possible will prove to be the difference in every fight. Look to add these supplements into your diet and you will be sure to see a big difference.

What Is A Great Hardgainer Workout Routine?

hardgainer workoutFollowing a specific hardgainer workout routine is the best and only way to achieve the best body that you can possibly achieve. You know you are a hardgainer if you have trouble with gaining weight and muscle. You guys are the people who are constantly dealing with natural weight being lost without ever even doing anything. This isn’t all that bad of a problem, but it can be if you end up looking like a skinny stick. Below, I will be outlining a pretty basic hardgainer workout, along with several tips to help you train better. Follow these instructions and your body will gain weight naturally while also building muscle.

What Is A Great Hardgainer Workout Routine?

This routine is needed for you to do at least three times a week. Anything more than 3 times a week is only going to hurt your body and make you struggle in the end.

-Push Ups

Push ups are the main thing for you to do. For some, they are usually considered as warm ups, but usually hardgainers who are thin will find them as rigorous workouts. Do a minimum of ten reps over three sets during each practice session.

-Stiff leg deadlifts

These lifts require for you to stand in a normal position bending forward with your legs stiff and your arms carrying a long heavy stick. This stick can be as light as 3 pounds and as heavy as 20 pounds. You can add weights to it, but you should start off light. When you are in the position, make sure that you carry the stick with only your arms moving it towards you. Around 10 reps over three sets can do the trick for your first few sessions.

-Pull Ups

Nothing says weight gaining than just using your own body. Doing pull ups can truly help you out a lot with giving your body the extra strength that it needs. Consider doing the basic pull ups where you stand up on a chair and you slowly go down from the pull up. This way you are able to get the benefits of a pull up without actually doing the official pull up. This is only recommended, however, to those who are just building their upper body strength.

Tips when building muscle for hardgainers

First, eat as often as you can. If you don’t consume enough calories in a single day, then the hardgainer workout routine above is not going to help you. Make sure to add more weight to your exercises as well. Consider adding around 5 pounds to those deadlifts and squats, as that can add even more weight to your body.

This is a very good hardgainer workout routine, but you will learn even more great exercises in the Muscle Building Secrets program. This program teaches all the exercises needed in order to gain weight as a hardgainer. Since the program is focused more on you skinny guys, you will find the investment to be worth it in the long run. Inside, you will find all kinds of helpful advice from a certified fitness trainer. However, you must make sure that you are persistant and hard working, because if that isn’t a part of who you are, then you cannot expect to achieve results at all.
